Office Fit Out for Tech Recruitment
Montash are specialist IT and Tech recruitment consultants for industry-leading consultancies and organisations across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. For over 15 years, they specialise in SAP, Cloud & Software Tech and Information Security recruitment. Rapid growth made them move into a bigger workspace in Old Street in the heart of London’s tech hub. Being in the people’s business, we needed to accommodate numerous 1 to 1 meeting rooms and informal breakout spaces with more modern ways of working in this CAT B project.
Perfect Office Fit Out Planning
We had multiple design workshops with Montash to plan and design the space for a young but professional workforce. Our design optimised natural daylight through the use of a lot of glass and putting desks along the window. Being mindful of the other functioning offices in the building. we managed the process with precision for minimal disruption to other tenants.
The Office Makeover
We subtly wove Montash’s brand colours into the space through furniture and carpet. The kitchen and the long table became a hub for all informal conversations and great tor holding casual team meetings. Right in the centre of the office is a ping-pong and pool table also used as a breakout area for employee bonding and promote wellbeing.
