Infoplus Technologies are a firm dedicated to providing global IT services and ad hoc support to a wide range of firms and industries – therefore, in order to provide consistent quality in service provision and expertise, they were in need of a new HQ to be able to mobilise and motivate their teams to be the support network their clients can depend upon. While the firm already provides a sterling service, our creation of a fully-operational, collaborative HQ for the firm allowed us to provide staff with ease of use in terms of telephone and mechanical systems – as well as an enhanced sense of space and transparency to inspire employees to work as a team and believe in the brand. Office interiors London and beyond are catching on to the concept of open-plan working – it allows us to be more collaborative; to share ideas and to work together to bring out the best results.
Infoplus Technologies required a series of workspaces that would allow staff to work autonomously on their own projects while enabling them to seamless collaborate as and when required. Our teams therefore led with a concept of minimal partitioning with maximum functionality. Telephone and mechanical systems were provisioned with minimal cabling and fuss, allowing us to focus on enhancing a sense of space and room to breathe. We have created meeting spaces and collaborative hubs for the firm’s staff, allowing them to attend to everyday tasks while coming together to complete projects without ever having to move far.
We have also led with a minimal design, opting for transparent partitions and minimal divisions within workspaces – so that specialists can feel free to roam and work on different projects without feeling underpinned by cubicles or dividing walls. We thought it incredibly important that open plan working be emphasised for the firm – and Infoplus Technologies are overwhelmed by their new office.
