Unimines are a global raw material trading, ship chartering and mining investment business headquartered in the UK. With imminent office relocation due to lease expiry, Unimines appointed GXI to carry out the CAT B fit out to give the new workspace more energy but in keeping with the brand colours.
Office Space Shaping Up
As the office building had other functioning businesses, utmost care was taken to ensure there was no inconvenience or disruption to others but still delivering the project on time.
We held Insights sessions with the Directors which enabled us to accurately capture their requirements and represent their brand and culture in the space. Based on the insights and requirements gathered, we developed a detailed plan and designed the space for a happy client – on budget and on time.
Office Space Transformation
We used a lot of glass to give an open feel with manifestations reflecting company branding and colours to give energy and oomph. The furniture and finishes were specially handpicked to add vibrancy and aesthetically designed carpet patterns caught your eye immediately.
