Office Refurbishment for Richard Anthony Chartered Accountants

Office Refurbishment for Richard Anthony Chartered Accountants

When it comes to keeping up with the competition, sometimes an office refurbishment is just as good as altering your product range or advertising in a more effective manner – after all, a fresh, modern and inspiring workspace not only breeds a healthy work ethic, but also encourages any potential clients or staff that may attend your premises.  Here at GXI Group we understand the need to refit and refurbish office spaces, and we have worked with a number of high profile clients and household names to help improve working conditions and inspire greater efficiency in their workforce.

Richard Anthony Chartered Accountants requested refurbishment at their offices based at Gadd House in North-West London.  The project was a full fit-out from the ground up, requiring a blank slate and a series of blueprints to analyse the best possible options for the firm.  Accountancy, much like law firms

and other businesses that often consult with members of the public who may require assistance on sensitive matters, requires a relaxing but professional atmosphere – often bolstered by contemporary furnishings, styles and ease of access.  While an office refurbishment is as much about enhancing efficiency in staff and processes, it also performs well as a benefit to any potential or long-standing clients.  Atmosphere means everything, even to those who may not realise it.

Office Refurbishment, London

The Gadd House project required a complete survey using 2D and 3D CAD software, which allowed us to draft and produce practical, effective and great-looking office working space with full technical and electrical functionality.  Our team are versed in years of refurbishment expertise and are therefore no strangers to ensuring that all facilities are catered for, in addition to ensuring practicality is key.  Our 2D blueprints allowed us to work closely with our commissioners to ensure that we had produced a viable and effective plan of action before even starting work on the office refurbishment.

The end result of six weeks in design and assembly has produced a uniform, contemporary and pleasing office refurbishment, from front desk to back offices, reflecting Richard Anthony’s trading colours and their company ethos.  A use of glass panelling and contemporary workstations have provided an extra sense of space and comfort to the staff of the firm, along with a fresh and striking new look that we hope will continue to bring them efficiency and success for years to come.
